Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Custom Charms (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") wishing to make a purchase on the website https://customscharms.com​

1. **Acceptance of Terms**  

By placing an order on our site, the Buyer unreserve and accepts these terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of order confirmation.

2. **Products**  

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Since we operate on a drop shipping model, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers. In the event of significant discrepancies between the description and the received product, the Buyer may request a refund or exchange.

3. **Order**  

The Buyer selects the desired products by adding them to their cart. The order is confirmed once the Buyer completes the payment process. A confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer.

4. **Pricing**  

Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. **Payment**  

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method indicated on the site. The order will only be processed after payment has been validated.

6. **Shipping**  

Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on the supplier and destination. The Buyer will be notified when their order is shipped and will be able to track their package using a tracking number.

7. **Right of Withdrawal**  

In accordance with applicable laws in Canada, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product is defective or not compliant.

8. **Warranties**  

Products are guaranteed to comply with applicable legislation. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Buyer may request a refund or exchange according to the Seller's terms.

9. **Liability**  

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. **Data Protection**  

The information collected during the order is necessary for processing it. In accordance with data protection legislation, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

11. **Disputes**  

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. In case of a dispute, the Buyer may bring the matter to the competent court in the judicial district where the Seller's headquarters are located.
